Damian's work so far has ranged from the photo-realistic style of rendering portraits, landscapes, objects....from various commissions to the more technical applications of mixed media such as collage, charcoal, pastel, acrylic, oils, fixtures.....in his college-based work. The work from college onwards has been executed with a more even flux in both abstract and figurative styles, encompassing the semiotics of the 'metaphysical', through to 'postmodernism'.

Damian has been seriously involved in art since he finished school, creating many paintings and woodcarvings for various collectors and galleries and has many commissions in private collections in Ireland, England and both coasts of the United States of America.

Damian was raised in Athenry, Co. Galway. He was formally educated in art at the Limerick College of Art & Design, where he was awarded a B.A. in Fine Art (painting). He also has other extensive courses completed in the field of filmmaking, both in Ireland and England.

Damian has travelled and toured extensively around the world over the years, be it in relation to painting and art, music and bands (recording etc...), or acting both with theatre and film work. He recently spent a few years living, studying and working both in London and Bristol in England doing a film and music technology course in the City of Bristol College.

He now lives and works in Galway, Republic of Ireland where he has a small recording studio and a painting studio.
